Adam Bayliss

Managing Director, Maven Public Sector

Adam has over 22 years of insurance experience, primarily supporting the delivery of a wide range of public sector insurance programmes. Since joining Maven Public Sector in 2018, Adam became Managing Director in January 2025. With his sector experience spanning key areas such as technical underwriting, risk control, and claims management, Adam is well-positioned to oversee the delivery of services to the public sector. Through understanding the unique needs of public sector organisations, Maven has the capability to offer bespoke, flexible, and tailor-made solutions.

Jennifer Wells

Head of Crime, Aviva

Jenni joined Aviva in 2014. Previously Jenni was at AIG for eight years as Financial Lines Senior Underwriter. Prior to that spent two years at CNA and eight years prior to that at RSA. In these roles Jenni has managed both primary and excess portfolios, including both UK and International insureds. She has also had exposure to ML portfolios.

Part of Jenni’s role is to lead the strategic development of Aviva’s SME Financial Lines book to ensure this grows along with the London Market book to help smooth volatility. Jenni is seen as one of the most experienced crime specialists in the London market.
