Eligibility

Attendance at Conference is free for full members of ALARM.

Session availability

ALARM takes no responsibility for sessions that are fully booked. Bookings are administered on a first come, first served basis. Early booking is advisable.

Payments & refunds

Payments for chargeable delegate places must be made by official order or credit card in advance. Bookings will not be confirmed until an official order or credit card payment has been received.

Conference cancellation

If you are no longer able to attend the Conference, you must send written notice to the ALARM Office at least seven days before the event. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £150.

Accommodation

Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. We advertise a discounted tariff for the Stirling Court Hotel. To secure this rate, you must book with the Hotel directly. ALARM takes no responsibility for accommodation availability.
