Matthew McKinley, Business Development Manager and Joelle Nixon, Client Manager from Aon will be examining the importance of treating customers fairly and why offering them access to products and services which can support them financially is crucial in protecting them from falling into problem debt. With input from the Vulnerability Registration Service, the Illegal Money Lending Team and Aviva, we will look in detail at the financial resilience of social housing residents.
