Dan, Deputy head of complex liability and Lee, Technical Director at Sedgwick, will deliver an overview of lithium-ion batteries, the causes of failure and provide their knowledge and expertise on a liability claims investigation.
Lee commenced employment in 1989, working in the claims department of a major UK insurer before embarking on a career in liability adjusting in 1993.
In addition to enjoying a range of branch and regional management roles, Lee has developed considerable experience in dealing with large value and complex casualty claims and now specialises in investigating and handling third party fire losses and product liability claims, including recall and guarantee.
