In this interactive session Russell and Chris will draw on the NAO's published good practice work on financial and risk management to explore lessons learned across government and to share examples of what good looks with relation to financial and risk management, and how effective arrangements can help to build resilience for the long-term. As part of the session, delegates will then get the opportunity to reflect on the insights and share with each other practical examples of the ways in which they build resilience in their own organisations. The session will be relevant to those in a resilience, risk or financial management role, and should results in a suite of actions and lessons that can be taken back an applied.
