This session will look at approaches to recruitment, retention and wellbeing. It will be an open discussion led by three panel members Julia Reffell, Managing Director Public Sector Practice, Marsh Ltd, Denise Brosnan, Legal Director, Kennedys and Carol Fox, Occupation Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, Shropshire Council.
Carol Fox is Occupational Health and Safety Manager at Shropshire Council.
She is the strategic lead for health and safety, occupational health and wellbeing and has significant experience working within public sector. She champions workplace safety and employee wellbeing.
