So often when we reach where we want to go in our career, we decide that because it was hard for us to climb the ladder it should be for others too. But what if we left the ladder down? What if those that climbed the ladders actively left that ladder down? This interactive panel session will explore the experiences of those at different stages of their career, as well as discussing audience members own experiences, and discovering how actively mentoring those below us, sharing our knowledge, passing on experience and encouraging our staff, will empower both you and your team for future success.
