They will take a fascinating scientific look at mould and consider how it causes ill health looking at examples from as far away as Los Angeles. Nichola and Vicky will look into the future to anticipate how claims arising from defective and inadequate property are likely to evolve in number and complexity particularly following two high profile cases.
