Public services are increasingly confronted by a growing range of new areas of vulnerability. Complex supply chains; the interconnectivity of new technology; funding reductions and civil unrest. Taken against a backdrop of a challenging global risk environment, unpredictable severe weather events and unprecedented levels of organisational flux, this ‘perfect storm’ poses real risks to the long-term resilience of services in responding to major challenges.

Risk management sits at the heart of these discussions. An understanding of your organisations appetite and tolerances is going to be integral to these discussions. This session will explore the concept and consideration for implementing.
