Looking back, Matt's journey with risk started as a child when he pushed the boundaries set by his parents. Risk management can be confusing and at times frustrating but a necessary topic. So often we hear of examples of how to create buy-in from senior officers to the merit of risk management. Within this session, Matt and Harvin will consider ways of promoting engagement of risk and how to make it interesting including a look at risk appetite – understanding the terms used and how to implement proportionally within our organisations.
