Clive Martin joined the Treasury in May 2022 as Head of the Government Risk Profession, with the remit to improve risk management capability across government. In our plenary session, Clive will share progress and experiences from this role, as well as thoughts and ideas on raising the profile of risk activity in the public sector. Crucial to success, Clive will discuss how risk specialists can be even more influential in shaping choices and decisions to achieve better risk taking in the public sector.
