Duncan is a Loss Adjuster Building Surveyor with expertise in subsidence and insurance claims since 1997. Duncan has held roles at Ellis & Buckle, Cunningham Lindsey (Regional Manager), and Sedgwick (National Technical Services Manager), managing subsidence teams and client relationships. Duncan joined McLarens in 2024 as Subsidence Lead to enhance the subsidence offering in commercial and specialty markets.

Natasha is an insurance professional with over 25 years of experience, starting in 1996 at Royal Insurance as a claims handler. She specializes in personal injury and property damage claims within employer, public, and product liability sectors, with expertise in the Animals Act, public sector, and hospitality industry. Currently a Paralegal, Natasha is working towards becoming a Senior Paralegal, committed to ongoing professional development to better serve clients.
