Gavin will be providing a briefing session on accident investigations and claims defensibility. Gavin will provide key insights into why and how policy holders should complete appropriate incident investigations, the common pitfalls noted on a day-to-day basis and how these can impact claims defensibility.
Gavin joined Innovation Group in April 2024 as part of Innovation Group's continuing growth plans fortheir Loss Adjusting and Claims Management operations. He is an experienced loss adjuster, liability adjuster, TPA manager and operations director, with over 30 years in the industry, investigating and handling all manner of liability and property claims and managing teams of staff, including their technical audit, supervision and training.
