In this session, learn about responding to a major incident, with some practical advice on the dos and dont's to protect an organisation’s position in respect of regulatory investigations. Marta will cover, amongst other things, the importance of legally privileged incident investigations.
Marta is a Legal Director in the Crime and Regulatory Team at Kennedys. Based out of the Sheffield office she represents individuals and organisations being investigated or prosecuted by quasi-criminal organisations including the police, HSE, Environment Agency and local authorities.
